Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very large and comfortable, but lacked storage space. The service was exceptional, with staff being helpful and efficient. The location was great for visiting the arena but not the quietest area. The dining experience was a letdown with poor choices and no buffet option.
My upgraded suite by the elevator, at the end of the hallway, was a quiet and beautiful room. It was comfortable and had a convenient door to separate the kids while sleeping. The service was terrific overall, except for a less impressive encounter with one of the restaurant staff members. The location was ideal, situated midway between Toronto and Niagara, close to the arena, and a short drive to the Go Train, restaurants, and shopping areas. The dining experience had its highs and lows, notably cold scrambled eggs with no variety, but there were some excellent meals too. The facilities were well-rounded and accommodating.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The upgraded suite by the elevator presented new challenges with noise disturbances during the night, and the AC that didn't seem to cooperate well. On the bright side, the rooms were nice and clean. However, being blacklisted due to a false accusation from 2017 was a major drawback, leaving a sour note on an otherwise decent stay.
The hotel rooms were so comfy~ thanks to Anna and Julie in the dining room, nice and spacious, and very large and comfortable. The service was exceptionally helpful and pleasant, went out of their way to accommodate us when looking for hot water, and the staff were very friendly. The location was good, beautiful, comfortable, and quiet, although it could have had more attention. The dining experience was really good with bacon, sausage, eggs made to order and an assortment of fruit and pastries, though there was a disappointment with cold scrambled eggs and no variety of cooked items, not the best value for the price charged. The facilities were great with steaks being the highlight.
The hotel provided a comfortable and clean stay, with friendly staff and a convenient location for both visiting friends and doing business. However, I encountered an issue with an accusation from a previous incident that affected my future stays.
